Introduction to feminism

 1) Why did Laura Bates start the Everyday Sexism project?

To catalogue the spectrum of sexism faced day-to-day by women .

2) How does the Everyday Sexism project link to the concept of post-feminism? Is feminism still required in western societies?

Because of individual choice and personal comfort etc . I think it is not required as females have equal opportunities and are given the same wages as men in the modern era .

3) Why was new technology essential to the success of the Everyday Sexism project?

New technology allowed major expressions from feminists in order to support their cause and also allowed the creation of communities and formation of bonds .

4) Will there be a point in the future when the Everyday Sexism project is not required? What is YOUR view on the future of feminism?

I think there will be a point where the everyday sexism will not be needed due to the establishment on equal rights . In the future the current ideology of feminism will be removed .
